What We Do
Central Real Estate’s principal role is to provide expertise and to appoint and manage other teams in order to deliver on pre-determined and agreed financial objectives.
Central Real Estate will act in the role of the client, maintaining full documentation and financial records for each project.
Advice may be provided on a fixed fee basis so that the client is able to decide on an appropriate course of action. Financial appraisals can be constructed to illustrate various scenarios to aid decision making.
Full project management places Central Real Estate in control of the project, negotiating all appointments and contract issues, instructing the client’s solicitors, maintaining full financial records of expenditure and cashflows, initiating design and marketing initiatives – in short being the client! This is coupled with an agreed reporting regime so that the property owner is fully informed at all times.
The objective is to create a relationship of trust and responsibility providing a predetermined and agreed financial objective for the client. The confidence that Central Real Estate has in this is reflected in the fee arrangements usually agreed which are a mixture of fixed and performance related payments.
